What is the return policy?
To be eligible for a return, your item must meet all of the following conditions:
- The product is unopened, with all original packaging fully intact and sealed.
- The product shows no signs of use, damage, or wear.
- The return request is initiated within 30 days of the original purchase date.
When will I get my order?
Our lashes are stocked locally which means shipping times are fast. We aim to your parcels delivered by 2-3 working days.
What materials are your lashes made from?
Our products are made from a high performance Korean PBT (Polybutylene Terephthalate). It is Hypoallergenic and cruelty free.
How do refunds work?
Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect the packaging and product to confirm it is in perfect, unopened, and undamaged condition.
If the return meets the conditions above, we will process a full refund to your original payment method within 30 days of receiving the returned item.
If the packaging has been opened or the product shows any damage or signs of use, the item will not qualify for a refund and will be sent back to you.
